Under Old Management

"Under New Management" - We often see these signs go up in our neighborhood when a run down business gets a new lease on life when a new owner comes in, rejuvinates the place, and attempts to lure in customers with something better, faster, or cheaper.

But what if the business was performing well, and customers were pleased with the services offered. No one would ever think of putting up a sign reading "Under Same Management".

Consider a hostile takeover of the business, intending to completely reinvent the business model and alter the services delivered. Now, add to the fact that the approach used to restructure things was based on an "old school" management style. Wouldn't it be appropriate to hang an "Under Old Management" sign in the window to warn customers?
