This blog is being established for members of a global community of business management consultants - as a forum to openly post their observations about the difficulties encountered while attempting to change a company's culture.
Perhaps there will be some consolation when we realize that the challenges are universal, and not limited to our current situation. Being able to laugh at the absurdities of the corporate world will get us through.
